1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable or hygiene-related products (e.g., sponges, dishcloths, food storage containers used/opened)

2. Refunds

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they may already be in processing or shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
